2. Bookings & payments
Bookings are confirmed upon payment (online or at the front desk). Online payments are securely processed through the Culqi payment gateway with credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Prices include tax (IGV) and are shown in the indicated currency (S/ or US$); amounts in euros are for reference only. We issue an electronic receipt or invoice as applicable.
3. Cancellations, changes & refunds
The applicable cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, Strict or Non-refundable) is shown and accepted at booking, and applies based on the date you cancel. Penalties and refunds follow that policy. See the full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available in the footer.
4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in from 12:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed. A valid ID is required at registration.
5. Liability & conduct
Guests are responsible for the proper use of the facilities. We reserve the right of admission as permitted by law.
6. Complaints Book
We provide a virtual Complaints Book available in the footer and during checkout, as required by Peruvian consumer law.
